Quilting is a love of mine and I have many projects on the go. I must confess to being a fabric addict . The creative designs keep coming but I sometimes forget to finish the job at hand:)
At the moment I am making a quilt or table cloth with Sandy Clough teacups and teapots on. It is very old worldly which is one of my favorite styles. A lot of my work evolves as I go . I have an embroidery machine which is a treasure and reminds me a lot of my Mum as we shared our love of sewing together many an evening. We both had embroidery machines but with some of her inheritance money I purchased a new one that did bigger designs. I am constantly learning new things with it and get a lot of pleasure from it. I have been working on freehand quilting and having fun with it.
